Child Rights Awareness Session Conducted at Debora Foundation, Doddaballapura

A Child Rights Awareness Session was conducted for the staff members of Debora Foundation, Doddaballapura, on 25th May 2026.

The session focused on the current situation of children, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), children’s rights, an introduction to important child protection laws and acts, and various child protection mechanisms.

Ms. Nagamani C.N. facilitated the session and provided detailed insights into child rights and protection systems. The participants actively interacted and engaged throughout the programme, making the session meaningful and participatory.

Dr. Padmini Child Rights Fellowship Programme 2025 Fellow, Mr. Naveen, also participated in the session by sharing case studies and conducting energizer activities, which made the programme more interactive and impactful.

Around 35 participants attended the programme.
