03	Nature	Temporary - Continuity depends on availability of resources
04	Responsibilities	● Follow-up with district partners on conducting School Health and Wellness programmes. ● Monitoring, reporting, and organizing training. ● Liaisoning with partner NGOs and Govt wherever required. ● Providing inputs and documenting programme progress and maintenance of MIS. ● Interacting with school authorities and KCRO team. ● Travelling to districts.
05	Required qualifications	Knowledge of Kannada and English (Reading, writing and conversation), use of smartphone and computer skills for data collection, updating data, documentation, and communication. People with a Master's Degree in Social Work or relevant fields, with experience working with communities, adolescents, and children from a child rights perspective, along with reporting, documenting, and training skills, are preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
